Sincere gratitude to all the organizers for the professionally conducted and implemented project «Best Artist». The first All-Ukrainian contest of plener painting in the city of Vinnytsia was held at the European level. I would call it «plunker impromptu - drawing emotions».
I hope for a good tradition of holding such creative projects in the future of Vinnytsia region.
