From the 4th till the 15th of June in Vinnitsa, the III International Art Plein air "Best Artist 2019" will take place.
In order to participate in the plenary, it was planned to select 20 artists. But the selection time made its adjustments - 30 artists were selected, two others will write their works outside the competition. Applications were submitted several hundred. The jury had to work hard: review a large number of potential participants and set points. In addition, in social networks a popular vote was held. Within ten days, painters will write Vinnytsia scenery, communicate, relax.
