Valery Kuznetsov was born in 1963.
Graduated from the Moscow 1905 Memorial School of Art in 1988.
Graduated from the Ilya Glazunov Russian Academy of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture in 1995.
He has participated in academic exhibitions at the Manege and on Gogolevsky Boulevard, and he also participated in the decoration of the Church of Christ the Saviour (6 icons).
Works by Kuznetsov are in the Stalin Museum and in private collections in Europe, the USA and Japan.
