Ivan Lazirko, Canada
Biography
Ivan Lazirko was born in 1961 in the Ternopil region of Ukraine and came to Canada in 1995.
He graduated from the Lviv State Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts (1983) and worked as an artist at the Ternopil Art Production Corporation. He specializes in painting, iconography, graphic arts and decorative art. His landscapes, still life, and genre compositions are painted in oils and acrylics.
His works were featured in numerous group exhibits in Ukraine, Canada and the United States. Ivan’s artwork can be found in private collections in Ukraine, the United States, and Canada. Member of the Ukrainian Association of Visual Artists of Canada.
