Biography
Jansen Chow is a signature member of numerous prestigious art societies in the United States including AWS, NWS, LWS and PWS.
He hold 21 solo art exhibition and took part in more than 400 national and international watercolor exhibition since 1992. He has won more than 80 national & international awards in oil, watercolor, photography & etching since 1988 including 9 times 1st place in watercolor competition in USA, Canada, Turkey & Malaysia.
Jansen is a frequent judge and juror for national and international exhibitions, and his work is included in permanent collections of many art museums in China, Italy, Mexico, Vietnam, Iraq and Malaysia. His works have been featured on the cover of Europe leading Watercolor Magazines "The Art of Watercolour" 21st Issue and "'Art de l'Aquarelle" 27th Issue September 2019 with 10-page article. USA “Splash 18, 20 and 22. USA “Watercolor Artist” Magazine 2018 & 2020 (8-page article) and many more in Italy, France, China, Singapore, Albania, Thailand and Malaysia art magazines & newspapers.
Currently he is Daniel Smith Global Brand Ambassador in 'Oil' and 'Watercolor', FabrianoInAcquarello Malaysia Country Leader, the curator of "1st Malaysia International Watercolor Biennale 2018" and the advisor of "2020 - 2022 Malaysia International Online Juried Art Competitions"
